Wow! 334 is still more than 323! We were beginning to believe that our math principles had changed. It really seemed so simple to most of us. Judge Lackey knows how to count votes and knows that the person with the most votes is the winner! (Even in Tunica County!)
Congratulations to Mr. Pegram. It will be a change to have someone represent all of District 5 - not just a select few. It will be a change to have someone act financially responsible! It will be a change to have someone vote for the good of the County and not just their personal self interest.
Ms. Siggers, please call for the vote on who should be President of the Board. Everything the Board has done since taking office last month should be thrown out. Everything should be voted on properly with the "duly" elected persons getting to vote.
If Mr. Perry really wrote for an attorney general's opinion on who should be supervisor, he should consider letting Mr. Hood know it is no longer needed.
Mr. Dunn, please get a chair for Mr. Pegram!
If Mr Perry really did write for an opinion, he needs to be replaced with a REAL attorney who can read and comprehend...as you pointed out earlier it clearly states on the AG website that they CAN NOT/ WILL NOT issue an opinion on anything under litigation...
ReplyDeleteAfter reading the story in todays Times, Mr. Daley should be held in contempt or for perjury.
ReplyDelete1. He tells the Judge he was only made aware of the order setting aside the primary on Nov.3rd, an order issued in August? Where was he? On Mars? He said he spent the day trying to figure out what was going to happen instead of campaigning. BS...you were seen at your precincts talking to your campaign workers stationed there. You went and voted. Why would you vote if you thought there was going to be a special election? You stated you pulled your drivers you had paid to transport voters to the polls. Not true. I saw your church van delivering voters to the polls. One person from KPC Apts told me your van picked them up and transported to the Dundee Rec Center to vote because they were still registered at that precinct. When I voted at 5pm you had campaign workers still present holding signs near the polls. For a man of the cloth, need I say more....
The drivers and vehicles were not sent home they were documented and recorded using church vehicles for politics the church could lose its exempt status with the IRS over using church vehicles with campaign signs on them and to campaign in
