A charge of disturbing the peace has been filed against the
County Administrator by the County’s Comptroller. As outlined in the sworn affidavit, yelling
indecent and offensive words as well as a physical threat were involved. We understand this all came shortly after the
county’s outside auditing team held a meeting with the County Administrator to
discuss the audit. Was there something that
happened as part of the meeting with the outside auditors that caused the
County Administrator to lose his cool?
Yelling, profanity, threats . . . . Are the qualities of a
leader? Do the employees of Tunica
County deserve to be treated like this?
We believe every employee should be treated with dignity and
respect. Why does the current Board of
Supervisors tolerate this type of behavior by the County Administrator?
No audit. Profanity
and physical threats when the audit is discussed. What is there
that someone, seemly the County Administrator and at least three current
supervisors, does not want the public to know?
We recommend anyone who has time attend City Court and hear
the sworn testimony for themselves. Don’t
rely on us or anyone else – get it firsthand.
You have this right – Court is open to the public. Certainly, the members of the Board of
Supervisors should attend Court to hear how their County Administrator runs his
office.
Warning: graphic language is contained below. Please consider before reading the actual charges.
Isn't this the second incident of this nature from this clown? Wasn't there was a similar situation a while back involving Ms. Earnhart ? If memory serves me he flashed a pistol saying "he was in charge"....
ReplyDeleteTuchel says "Not Guilty, Not Guilty" on her blog. The actions of our Supervisors, County Administrator and folks like Tuchel have turned Tunica County into a laughing stock. With so much potential, it's really sad to see it all go down so fast. I can only imagine the threats that McKay faced to drop the charges (if that is what happened).
ReplyDeleteDoes anyone know what really happened both in and outside of the courtroom today?
Way i understood it Judge said "no we dont just drop charges, charges will remain on the record/books for 180 days just in case"
ReplyDeleteNEVER was "Not Guilty" mentioned by the Judge or anyone but Tuchel in her fantasy blog...never have I seen anyone who can distort the TRUTH to serve their personal agenda like her...she truly has a gift for that... McKay told the Judge he wanted to drop the charges and make this just go away...Judge said we do not simply drop charges here...the charges are remanded for 180 days..
ReplyDeleteSomewhere in Pennsylvania a village is missing their idiot
ReplyDeleteI believe that village is called Brandon, MS where the Tunica County Administrator lives. It's time for the "village idiot" to be sent home. Let's hope our newly elected officials make that their first decision to move Tunica County forward.
